Located on the ground floor of Grand Indonesia, we are an all-day restaurant with an authentic trattoria feel, serving hearty and rustic dishes, classic Italian cocktails and an extensive wine list. Being a native from Bergamo, a beautiful city Northeast of Milan, Chef Luca’s dishes at Caffè Milano are simple and familiar, but the sophistication lies in the ingredients and execution.

Chef Luca Pezzera

Chef Luca Pezzera is a native of Bergamo, a beautiful city northeast of Milan. From the age of 14, he knew he wanted to become a chef. Ever since then, his passion and dedication were focused on pursuing a career in the culinary industry. In 2002 Chef Luca became the head chef in Scusa at the Hotel Intercontinental in Jakarta for five years. In March 2007, he established Bontá Italian Restaurant & Bar in Singapore, followed by the flagship outlets of District 10 at UE square in 2011 and subsequent outlets at The Star Vista and Clarke Quay in 2012 and 2013 respectively. In the year 2015, he finally opened up his first outlet in Jakarta, Caffè Milano.
